Can I use the clean version to submit as my final document to hand in at my University?Yes, it is the finalised version that is ready to submit. Unless you may need to make some some corrections based on the feedback given.

Can I upload my dissertation in sections?Yes, It is advised/recommended that you do so. It is important that: - Your final deadline must be 30 days before - Each section of the dissertation must be submitted 3 days apart When you upload a new file, our system recognises that you are a returning customer; so you do not need to pay each time you submit a section.

What type of editing do you provide?We provide three servives: Standard - for all assignments Express - excluding dissertations and research proposals Bonus - a 1 - 1 phone consultation which gives you the opportunity to ask further questions based on the feedback given.

Can you proofread my assignment during the weekends/holidays?Unfortunately we do not proofread over the weekends, however we do cover the holiday seasons excluding the weekends.

What does 'your preferred deadline' mean?This is the date that you want the assignment in your inbox by. The deadline should ideally allow you plenty of time before the actual assignment deadline to respond to any suggestions and/or comments made. IDEALLY 5 WORKING DAYS BEFORE THE DEADLINE.

What is the maximum file size I can upload?The maximum file size is 100MB.

Is it possible to pay after completing the order?Unfortunatey that is not possible to pay in instalments after the order is completed. Before we can start working on your assignment a 50% deposit must be paid. To make it easier to pay, we offer the following payment methods PayPal Mastercard VISA, As soon as you complete your payment an invoice will be sent out to you.

Do I receive an invoice?Yes, you do.

Can I add an additional document to my order?It is advised to submit the asignment and marking criteria together. It is your responsibilty to double check the attachments before you upload onto the submission form. After you’ve placed your order, it is not possible to add any additional documents.

Can I cancel my order?Unfortunately you can not, however if you wish to then Esther Emends reserves the right to receive 100% of the agreed fee.

I uploaded the wrong document. Can I replace it?Unfortunately, you can not as it is your responsbility to ensure that you upload the right assignment to be proofread.

Can I ask a question to the proofreader?Yes you can. There is a bonus service which you will get the opportunity to ask further questions regarding your feedback. Please note that it is an additional £5. If you like to request for this service, please indicate this on the submission form.

Can I show you my corrections?Unfortunately no.

I have a problem opening the Word documentIf you have problems please contact us immediately so that we can correct the error.

I can not see any Tracked changes/commentsDo not worry. Sometimes this may happen that you can not see it immediately. Go to your word document and click on the ‘Review’ tab and select ‘All Markup’ in the drop down menu. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need further assistance.

Is there any discounts?Yes but on your next assignment. You would need to refer a friend, however the friend must use the service to ensure your discount is secure for your next assignment. Please note the discount applies to a 2500 word count assignment and above.
